Through these powerful practices that I've developed & refined, I've learned how to relentlessly dig my way out of an abusive, traumatic childhood riddled with life-threatening medical issues & desperately painful emotional anguish. This includes decades of undiagnosed sleep & oxygen deprivation, alcoholism & addiction, being 135 lbs overweight, frustrating ADHD, horrible social anxiety, and deep, unrelenting shame & depression. During this time of recovery and skill acquisition, I also dedicated myself to learning time-tested and cutting-edge marketing, business, and wealth principles from the greatest minds in history so I could also help Fortune 500 Companies, and most importantly entrepreneurs quickly and dramatically grow and scale their brands online. I've survived 10 surgeries, countless hospitalizations, a vicious facial dog bite, fires, floods, being poisoned, episodes of a racing heart rate over 200 bpm, a nearly life-ending heart rate of just 24 BPM, not sleeping for over 36 years, and more.
